A teen boy was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after he was stabbed multiple times in White Oak, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) radio transmissions and Montgomery County police.

Montgomery County police and MCFRS crews responded to the incident around 2:40 p.m. in the 11100 block of New Hampshire Avenue, the police department said. No suspects are in custody.

Police spokesperson Casandra Tressler said Thursday afternoon in an email to Bethesda Today that the victim, a “juvenile male,” has been taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

County police did not confirm the age of the juvenile, but MCFRS personnel can be heard in radio transmissions to the MedStar Washington Hospital Center saying the victim was a 15-year-old boy.

According to the transmissions, the teen sustained multiple stab wounds to his body, including on the chest, abdomen and legs.
