    Developers are proposing to build a 134-unit apartment building at 8402 Connecticut Ave. in Chevy Chase near an upcoming Purple Line light-rail station and the Chevy Chase Lake development. The plans, filed by Potomac Development Group and Landmark Realty, will be reviewed by the county’s Development Review Committee in mid-May. [Urban Turf]
