Montgomery County police are investigating a May 30 incident in which two men — one with an AR-style firearm — shot at another individual in a Silver Spring parking lot, according to a Thursday press release from the department.
At approximately 7:47 p.m., Montgomery County police officers responded to the 14100 block of Castle Boulevard in Silver Spring for a report of a shooting, according to the release. Police did not provide a specific address, but the mostly residential block contains the Fairland Crossing Apartments.
According to the release, an individual was walking through a parking lot when two men opened fire. The men entered a silver SUV, which was being driven by a third suspect, and left the scene.
No one was injured in the shooting, police said.
