The Bar Counsel for the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission is opposing Robin Ficker’s bid to have his law license reinstated, writing that the perennial candidate “has failed to demonstrate” that he understands the wrongfulness of the actions that led to his disbarment. Ficker, of Boyds, filed his petition for reinstatement after winning the Republican nomination for U.S. House in Congressional District 6. [The Daily Record]
