A United States District Court judge ruled Monday that a Montgomery County Public Schools middle school teacher can sue Superintendent Thomas Taylor and Sligo Middle School Principal Peter Crable for monetary damages over their decision to bar her from displaying a Palestinian flag in her classroom.
