A Silver Spring man was charged with arson in connection with a fire at Jiffy Lube in Silver Spring that caused $225,000 in damage. Aubrey Michelle Ellis, 57, was arrested and charged with second degree arson, second-degree burglary and malicious destruction over $1,000. [DC News Now]
