A 25-year-old Germantown man was sentenced to five years in prison last Friday after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in Frederick County in 2023. As part of a plea deal, he received a 20-year sentence with all but five years suspended and will remain under supervision after release. [The Frederick News-Post]
