Make a ContributionFour teenage boys are facing charges in connection with the stabbing and robbery of another teenage boy near a Clarksburg bus stop last month, Montgomery County police said in a Thursday press release.
On the evening of March 24, the 14-year-old stabbing victim was riding on a RideOn bus when he got into an argument with the other teens, whom he knew, according to police.
Police said the argument turned into a physical fight after the teens got off the bus near the intersection of Snowden Farm Parkway and New Cut Road.
During the fight, police said, one of the assailants — also 14 — stabbed the victim, who fled to a nearby business. Officers responded to the 22700 block of Sweet Shrub Drive for a reported stabbing, according to the press release.

A fourth boy, 13, is charged as a juvenile with conspiracy to commit armed robbery and second-degree assault. Police forwarded the charges against both juveniles to the state Department of Juvenile Services, according to the release.
At this time, only the 14-year-old charged with attempted murder is believed to have been armed during the fight, county police spokesperson Degan Bartels told Bethesda Today on Thursday.
