A bill named after Sarah Debbink Langenkamp, a Bethesda mother who was killed in August 2022 while riding her bicycle on River Road, advanced Friday through the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure to the full House. MoCo prepares to host rare whiskey sale in June
